We notify you at 80% capacity. After that, new submissions are held until you upgrade or your quota resets. Nothing is lost.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. Change your billing interval at any time from your dashboard. When switching to yearly, we prorate any remaining time.
Do generation credits roll over?
No. Generation credits reset monthly to keep costs predictable. Contact us about one-time top-ups if you need more.
What happens to my forms if I cancel?
All data is preserved. If you exceed free-tier limits after downgrading, excess forms become read-only until you upgrade again.
